Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and fast shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders and typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process and ship.

  2. Fast Shipping: For an additional 50 Rs, we offer fast shipping which expedites the processing and delivery time. Please note that fast shipping may still be subject to delays due to factors outside our control.
     

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your order is shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Chequered Flag Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Chequered Flag Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

At Chequered Flag Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you notice any defect or if the print quality is not up to the mark, you can initiate a return and we will process a refund upon receiving the returned product. You can then order a replacement if that is more convenient for you.

Refund Process

Customers can request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for customers to assess their purchases and initiate returns if necessary. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days. Once approved it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

Initiating a Refund
  • If you notice any defect or if the print quality is not up to the mark, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To request a refund, fill out the form on the "About Us" section of our website with your order details and images of the product. Alternatively, you can email us at the.chequered.flag.shop@gmail.com with the same information.

  • Your refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.
     

Approval of Refund
  • For defects in the clothing, we require proper images from the customer to approve the refund.

  • Once approved, return the product to us, and upon receipt, we will process your refund.

  • Your refund amount will be processed in 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
     

Conditions for Refund
  • Ensure that the package is unboxed carefully. If the package is damaged while opening it with scissors or any other sharp object, a refund will not be possible unless we have an unpacking video and images of the courier cover.

  • If you notice any damage to the package upon receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remarks while signing for the package.
     

Replacement Option
  • After initiating a refund, you can place a new order for a replacement item. This can be done after your refund has been processed, ensuring you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
     

Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will be refunded 80% of the order total due to shipping and inventory charges.
